氯化氫脫水耦合制氯工藝
根(gen)據對氯(lv)(lv)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)氫(qing)(qing)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)平衡的計(ji)算和分析,提(ti)出將反(fan)應(ying)(ying)-脫水(shui)(shui)耦合技術應(ying)(ying)用(yong)于氯(lv)(lv)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)氫(qing)(qing)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),研究了(le)反(fan)應(ying)(ying)-脫水(shui)(shui)耦合的模擬(ni)工(gong)藝.結果表(biao)明,在(zai)(zai)氯(lv)(lv)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)氫(qing)(qing)連續氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),增加脫水(shui)(shui)過(guo)程(cheng)能有效提(ti)高(gao)氯(lv)(lv)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)氫(qing)(qing)的反(fan)應(ying)(ying)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)率(lv).考(kao)察了(le)在(zai)(zai)氧(yang)氣(qi)不過(guo)量(liang)情況下(xia)的多步(bu)脫水(shui)(shui)循(xun)環過(guo)程(cheng),結果顯(xian)示提(ti)高(gao)二次氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)反(fan)應(ying)(ying)的溫(wen)度可(ke)(ke)明顯(xian)提(ti)高(gao)氯(lv)(lv)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)氫(qing)(qing)的轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)率(lv),在(zai)(zai)HCl/O2摩爾比(bi)為8:1的條件下(xia)經過(guo)多步(bu)脫水(shui)(shui)循(xun)環反(fan)應(ying)(ying),氯(lv)(lv)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)氫(qing)(qing)的總(zong)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)率(lv)可(ke)(ke)以達到49.3%,反(fan)應(ying)(ying)混(hun)合氣(qi)中(zhong)氧(yang)氣(qi)的體積含量(liang)低于0.2%.該混(hun)合氣(qi)可(ke)(ke)直(zhi)接用(yong)于有機氯(lv)(lv)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)過(guo)程(cheng).
